Agricultural Systems
Welcome to Agricultural Systems at VTEC!
Are you interested in the technology and mechanics that drive modern agriculture?
The Visalia Technical Early College (VTEC) High School Agricultural Systems Pathway combines engineering, technology, and agricultural science to prepare students for careers in precision farming, equipment maintenance, and sustainable agricultural practices. This pathway is perfect for students who enjoy problem-solving, working with machinery, and advancing agricultural efficiency.
I'm studying to be a large animal veterinarian. VTEC lets you drive tractors, do pregnancy checks, and vaccinate animals. I'm learning early here how to do all these things, and it prepares me for my future success.David
VTEC gives us an advantage over other schools because we can take our general ed classes, shop classes, and even animal science classes. On top of that, we can take college courses at COS, which gives us a greater advantage in preparing for the real world.Ricardo
